(no subject)
So i've got to go to my "semi" grandfather's funeral tomorrow. I say semi because we aren't blood related, he is my half-sister's grandfather. But he lived next door to me so I'd see him often. He died Sunday night from a heart attack at home...just two houses away from me. Crazy how a life can just end, a life you knew. Sorry I think way too hard about death...it's just so weird and scary.
Anyway, funeral tomorrow...it'll be really sad because everyone is so close on my sister's side of the family...and Jim and his wife Joann are like the glue that keeps everyone together in a way. I feel bad for joann...they were married for 55 yrs. They lost one of their sons a long time ago (one of my dads friends) to drug overdose. I'm gonna miss having to talk really loud with Jim because he was def in one ear from being a firefighter. He was such a nice guy...ah i'll miss seeing him standing outside of the house while I left for school or some other thing. Weird how I'll never see him on his lawn ever again. =(
I should get ready for my 6:30pm class now. darnnnn it im gonna get stuck in rush hour.
