Happy Christmas from Middle England!!!

We're having a wonderful time, and everything is going splendidly so far -- we've been to London, seen John's dad, aunt, uncle, and family (Joe, Paul sends his best regards); we've seen a few sights, tracked some Plath and Hughes, driven into Wales (where the Welsh sheep declined to be photographed), and spent time with John's Mim and Nana in Shrewsbury, which is about as Dickens-Christmas-Carol as towns come. Today we're finishing the shopping and looking at some Roman ruins.
