Hello !!! I am back from India !
Hello....I came back from India March 24th....I was in New Delhi and in Kerala for about 6 weeks. I stayed at a small Ayurvedic hospital
in southern India and received holistic treatment.
It was great !
I was given head massages and full body (intensive and rigorous) massages every day with a special oil that had 28 natural herbs in it and given steam baths too.
I also received several "dripping oil" treatments where they continuously pore oil on your forhead fro about 30 minutes. It is slightly warmed and very soothing.
I ate a very strict vegeterian diet as well.
There were lush coconut palm trees everywhere and it was just plain fun.
