Lol, I think at this point anything is possible with the ships. Karen/Cook seems plausible since what happened to Freddie would cause them to maybe cling to each other.

Very true! Honestly, if there were to be another series with this cast, I would be expecting some Cook/Karen with the way they interacted in the finale.
