Wednesday already. And even though I am not in school, I have learned so many valuable things this week, such as...
"Nobody puts baby in a corner!" Oh, goodness. Everytime Patrick says that, I get the shivers. I love that movie so much, I must watch it every time it comes on, as it did this week. And also, when she runs down the aisle and he lifts her in the air at the end to the tune of "I've had the time of my life", I always feel the urge to recreate that move. However, nobody around me wants to participate so I just have to jump really quickly and land. This movie definetely touches my apex. A lot. I hope someday I can have the time of MY life, just like Baby (Francis).
Yardwork is not for the delicate. I had to rake leaves all day Saturday for my parents, and all I got for it was pulled leg muscles and an uneven tan line. Frown.
Cherry Jones is very accomplished, and a darn good actress. After researching her life for the past few days, I realized how many awards she's won and it just makes me go "Wow!". I have also been watching every movie I can find with her in it, and she's good. Oh, Cherry.
Oh, my goodness, I almost forgot! I saw "Madea's Family Reunion". Let me just say that it is fabulous and heartwarming. And it had a good message. Oh, Madea, I love you and keep on starring in those movies. I wish I were more like Madea, in fact. She just tells it like it is, and here is some advice that she gives that I would like to share...
"It's not what people call you, it's what you answer to."
"I ain't afraid of no po-po! Call the po-po, ho!"
I do miss my friends and cannot wait to be reunited.
