School's out for the weekend!
E had an extra long break from school this weekend because we went to the track on Friday at around 3pm, so we brought the boys to my ILs before that.
This morning, a Sunday, he woke up with a pretty high fever of over 38. Less than 2 hours later he was already sweating it out after a short walk to the shops, but the fever didn't abate until later in the afternoon after a dose of Bifen. What intrigued me was that he's been an extremely good boy the whole weekend, even while sick. In fact he hasnt been this good in a really long time! And I couldn't quite figure out the fluctuating fever between bouts of sweatiness. Have any of you had something similar?
At least he's not moody, but I do hope that he gets better because I don't want him to miss too much school. The 2 weeks of school has been slow and painful trying to get him used to the concept and environment, and if he has to miss a week we'd have to start from square one. Which I'm definitely not interested to do!!
