Really feel like I should have got out of Dodge today. I naively assumed that they wouldn't hit where I live twice but it's a weird atmosphere out there, no police because they're all in the broadway, and I think we might have more trouble. I live right on the high street, there were burned out cars, smashed windows and looted shops all around our flats and although it feels a bit surreal to say so, I think there's an actual risk of being in danger. Hate to be melodramatic though, hopefully it'll just fizzle out.
