Happy New Year everyone..
I have lost touch with so many people, but you are all in my thoughs as the new year begins. Hopefully we will all get back in touch soon.
Its funny reading everyone's journals from what they did on New Years eve! A lot of you said you had an awful time..or that you made out with too many people and made and ass of yourself! I think thats great! I love that kinda shit. I swear!
I had a really nice time thanks to my friends Rick, Jerica and Jon. They had a real nice little house party and it seemed to go over pretty well despite the cops coming over some stupid drama..I brought stuff to make a cheap version of jungle juice and it crept up on me and made me feel so warm , cozy and drunk inside! AHAHA..I spent all day with an expected hangover and made homemade nachos-sat here at the house by myself and chilled out. The tv/cable still doesn't work so its kinda boring. Theres some pretty silly but good pictures from the night at the party floating around. I didn't make out with anyone or get too crazy because all of the people there are good friends-but it was pretty fun! Being around good friends is always a great thing. I've always been stuck at home for some reason or working on New years eve, so this was a change for me.
I'm setting some goals for myself for 2006 rather than making resolutions..I'm being practical and realistic. Theres only so much I can do.
Not looking forward to the upcoming week, as I will be flying out to Florida friday for my uncle's funeral and coming back sunday night. The work week will be short which means the paycheck will be lacking next week. I'm hoping and praying I pass my credit check and 10 year employment background check with the bank I work for to get bonded again with them. I think its rather rediculous to judge someone on credit score or history. I guess I need to come up with a back up plan just in case. I love working there and I plan on staying there for years to come if they will have me.
