happy new president!
we went to watch the festivities at dewey flatiron (that's a bar close to my work). it was exciting.
less exciting is the blown up recruiting station on the corner across from the flatiron. if you're gonna pull shit like that on inauguration day, law & order, at least put up a sign so everyone doesn't think that somehow said station was built and blown up in three days. duh.
am going to denver tomorrow for ALA MW. if you are so inclined you can watch the ALA awards being announced live on monday morning at 9:45 EST here. i'll be back monday night.
