I hope I get at least one more snow day before I graduate. Speaking of graduation and hopes for the future, graduating on time would also be nice. And a semester in England is the final element to make my college experience ideal. This is all very tentative, though, obviously. I guess the future always is anyway. Which leads me to another topic: the future indicative tense. English has one, as do Greek and Latin, although Greek didn't always. Indicative mood is supposedly the mood of fact, but, as my Greek professor (whom I will ever love for the simple fact that he reminds me of Mr. Minick) pointed out today, it's not really possible to talk factually about the future. And I'm sure I'll grow to love my Greek teacher for himself. And then I started to miss Linguistics, but only a little.
