Those who wish for something non-alcoholic may come by the Blue Light, obviously selling beer is a little ridiculous on a day like this, but we have plenty of bottled water and sodas available.

...does this really happen often? Because it's quite ridiculous.

Based on the amount of drunkenness I've seen so far, yes, I imagine it will be.

It's their own fault. The effects of the alcohol don't disappear at midnight like one might think.

I feel sorry for the children, I hope people have enough bottled water to get them through.

Most places here should know to stock bottled water for curses like these. If the previous years are anything to go by, we should expect another curse like this on St Patrick's Day.

Well done. It's very green. I'm from Ireland, I should be pleased. But mostly I'm just annoyed that I can't shower.

I'm not desperate but I spent enough long years dirty to enjoy the modern convenience of indoor plumbing.
