Uh... not much that I can tell. Bunch of people getting stuck under cursed mistletoe that won't let them move until they kiss someone. Pretty tame. Haven't got any info on the vamp other than that he's out there.

[after a pause] I don't know if it's quite as powerful. It did jack shit to Cas, so it doesn't work on angels. And I stabbed Alastair through the heart with it and it did nothin'...
