eek
i fear i will go mad
for a second time i am without viable internet connection
i was quite happily typing away on felix's laptop
checking my facebook, reading a new webcomic, the usual.
i moved slightly [my ass being completely numb and all] and the charger crackled
this amused me and i poked it, agin with the crackling.
felix and diggle looked a little bit worried about this
so i turned the laptop off and put it down to rest for a while
i don't leave it alone much.
much later that day felix tried to turn it back on
... nope. wasn't having any of it.
it came on for a few seconds then turned off
and did the same every other time until it just didn't do anything
now far from the laptop being actually broken, i think it just doesn't have any battery power left
due to the charger being broken
chargers are fucking expensive.
and the laptop has piss poor battery life these days so cannot work without one
ho hum.
on a more positive note though
IWILLBESEEINGMYTWINTONIGHTANDWEWILLDRINKANDDANCEANDPOSSIBLYBLEACHHAIRANDITWILLBEGOOD!!!
oh and buz'll be there =P
also i have developed a taste for scrumpy cider
the still, sedimenty, 7.5% type that comes in the coolest bottle i've seen for a long time
is it not amazing?!
the only thing that could make it more amazing is if it came with a cork in the top instead of a screw cap
but it's amazingness is sufficient
