ROAD RESCUE '08!!!
On a whim, Hannah and James decided to walk home from Scott's show Monday night via the Williamsburg Bridge. On their way down Delancey, they suddenly see before them A TINY WASTED LADY IN LIKE A FAKE WHEELCHAIR CRAPPY LITTLE ROLLER THING SHOVING HERSELF BACKWARD INTO ONCOMING TRAFFIC!!! They leap to her rescue, while she waste-casedly berates Hannah for pulling her wheelie-cart thing too fast (because the CARS ARE COMING). WTF would have happened if we hadn't happened to decide to walk that way?!? She woulda been SPLAT! Man alive was she drunk, too. So fucking sad. After we pulled her across the big busy lanes onto a quieter part of the sidewalk it occurred to me that maybe we should have called 911? But me and John Phau called 911 on a junkie one time and they just gave him an invigorating whack and left 'im. So WTF? Goddamn New York. I'm goin' to Nova Scotia!
