drifting through summer
it goes so fast!!! it's almost august and i'm not even ready for june to be over!
i think i'm finally adjusted and stuff back...although i miss europe in general terribly. funny how what i thought i missed over there turns out to be not so great when i finally can have it here. eh so goes life though right?
i've been working a lot lately...my regular job and odd little jobs to make a little money on the side (the euro really kills you)...teaching spanish, waitressing dinner parties, house sitting, babysitting...just stuff here and there so that's been nice. the dinner party i worked at tonight apparently was the right one to go to...a bunch of people who work high up at ADM in international relations stuff. sweet!! very interesting conversations and very nice people too.
and and and FINALLY i'm done with my last holocaust paper!!!! finally i can enjoy summer:) that was hanging over my head and now it's gone. the last paper i compared the Holocaust to the Serbian genocide of the 1940's, which i didn't know about till about a week ago. so that was incredibly interesting.
