I've never heard of emu oil. You'll have to write about whether or not it works for you! I just might need to look into it.

Good luck finding the perfect deer necklace. I know the feeling all too well; you know exactly what you want, but it doesn't seem to exist anywhere. Hate it.

Things I'm excited about...

+Taking my first flight! In two weeks I'm flying to New York City to visit a friend and go to a Buckethead concert.

+Halloween/fall/October!

+Cute desserts">!

Oh, it definitely works!! I mostly just use the pure oil to put on scars and it's amazing how well it fades them...I have a lot from working in a kitchen/just general stupidity and the injuries (burns, mostly) that I was able to treat with emu oil immediately are completely gone, and the old ones are fading fast. Hannah uses the lotion and swears by it, and she has more sensitive skin. It also has a bunch of other uses on the website, although I can't vouch for those personally. I'll keep you updated on the progress of the road rash on my face if you want hahaha. It is expensive, but you don't need much of the oil at a time and it's sooooo worth it, in my opinion.

I found a package of macaroons at the local grocery store and I was beyond excited!! Naturally, I ate all of them that day haha, but they were soooo gooodddd :D

Sounds good to me. :D I'll have to scrape together some money for it.

I've never actually had macaroons. :x But since they are a cute dessert, I'm sure I'll try them soon.

Isn't Doe Deere fabulous? I've been following her blog for a while- I love her Lime Crime make-up line!

I saw emu oil at a farmer's market once. I was kind of like "...Uh...?" about it, because all I could imagine was someone like, squeezing an emu until oil came out (like a lemon... only oilier).

I'm excited that I had a friend over today! It was so nice.

I...try not to think too much about how they get the oil hahaha. I know it's just rendered fat, and I also know that the emu's are treated very humanely and nothing is wasted, so XD

Have you ever used any of her makeup yourself? For the most part I don't use such bright colors so it wouldn't make sense for me to buy really expensive eyeshadow (I just make do with cheapie RiteAid stuff when I want to play around haha), but I was definitely considering her primer (she really has such gorgeous skin!) and some of the glitter or something. All of her entries make me feel so excited about being a girl heehehee

It's probably for the best to not think about how one goes about getting it, true! Could one use emu oil on the face, or would it be too heavy? I have very sensitive skin, so I'm always trying to find alternative lotions.

I haven't- the sensitive skin thing makes me nervous about buying any kind of make-up online, but I'm forever playing with her line in my head! She has gorgeous hair, too. I'm jealous!

What are you worried about your face for??? You have like the most perfect skin I've ever seen!!

To actually answer your question haha...yes, I put the pure oil on my face but only for injuries or to fade scars. I have used the lotion before and loved it but never applied it consistently...because it was always at Hannah's house and I was stealing it from her haha. She does use it on her face and she has sensitive skin and would really recommend it. It's definitely a very mild product.

OMG her haiiirrrr. When I first saw it I was like...eh, that's way too obvious of a dye job to be particularly pretty....and then I realized, to my shock, that that was her actual hair color XD It's so beautiful *_*
