It was like any other Saturday for John: He'd woken up, gone for a run, and had some cereal for breakfast. So he was 17 now, no big deal.
What was a big deal was that yesterday he'd met his girlfriend's double and been a complete idiot. Luckily she hadn't been too pissed about it, but John wasn't planning on making that mistake again. He really hoped he never had to deal with the reverse of the situation.
Hearing about Shep was bad enough. Seeing him...well, John didn't care to imagine.
