It was morning on Wednesday when Jaina got back to her own room, because Adrian hadn't told her the feeder wasn't exactly close by, and he was talky and dawdled and got worse at both these things the more he had to drink. With her personal training schedule already shot to hell, she checked her phone again and started off another email.

I just got back from playing babysitter to a good guy vampire. Yeah, I know. I played stand-in for Rose and Dimitri and ended up having to spend my night escorting him around. I learned some things, like watching anyone suck anyone else's blood is gross and goes against every Jedi instinct and then some even if they do have permission to do so. And I got dragged to a bar by a vampire and couldn't even drink because I was playing bodyguard. You'll get the rest of the story and the explanations I know you're probably curious about when you get back.
It's been thirty days. You better not be dead, or married to any princesses. Either way I'd hurt you.
I love you anyway, Jaina
Oh yeah, she remembered that princess bit from Ronon's John. Uh huh. She was not forgetting that.
