It's from the training we had. An "R3" is someone who is "Able" to perform, but may not be fulling willing...being that I am either insecure or unmotivated.
a high CS is from this other thing we did called "DiSC" training..that was the more interesting part, more about behavioral psych and stuff. A high CS is just another term for my "work" persona.
like i said, mumbo jumbo.
in simpler terms...it's a way for someone in corporate america to "tag" you and figure you out in order to "lead" you more successfully. I plan on pulling from my profile, it's pretty entertaining. but now i must sleep.
