So, as you all know, I feel like crap. I've felt like crap for a while. Dizzy spells, nausea, tiredness. Maybe it's stress and maybe it's not.
Well, I've stayed home for two days. Today, I could've done a half day, but decided to stay home instead. Which has turned out to be smart. I made all of those phone calls that I've been putting off for months. I feel like I've made some progress for my mental and physical health.
1) I called the Vet-the dog has an appointment for Saturday (he's lost a lot of weight!)
2) I called the health ins. - I don't need referrals to doctor's so I can stop worrying about my PT.
3) I called the new doctor - I will be seeing them tomorrow about the dizzy spells (I also wonder if they could call my nasty doctor for my HIV results, so I don't have to go to the other place.)
4) I made a bunch of bill related calls.
Tomorrow I will be seeing 4 doctors. It'll be draining, but good. Now...to find the directions on how to get to PT. :)
