Exercise blog - Day 3 and 4

Because I didn't have much time to get online yesterday...

Breakfast - Egg whites and 2 slices of toast
Lunch - umm... a pretzel? I was out at a meeting. Also, a cup of coffee.
Dinner - super cheated with 2 slices of pizza. Again, out with friends and they offered food, I couldn't turn it down!

I did some light cardio and stretching, as I must have pulled an under arm muscle from my last day at the gym. Recovering, and will be back in later today.

Today....
Breakfast - two bananas and a side of oatmeal
Lunch - grilled cheese sandwich (I want yogurt but I'm out!!); glass of iced green tea
Dinner - unsure; going to Joe's for gaming night if I get all my sewing / exercising done for the day

Today at the gym I'm going to focus more on cardio and stretching, and let my muscles heal.
