Sarah's Gift
Thank you so much to everyone who contributed to the group gift for Sarah. After putting my $ in we had $350 so here's how I broke it down:
$200 to the spa
$50 to Olive Garden
$50 to Starbucks (one of her faves...and one of Brent's too)
$50 to Nordstrom (she just got some Hunter boots and I know she was wanting the socks to go with them so I thought this would be a 'fun' thing for her to treat herself to)
We met for coffee yesterday morning and I was able to give her the card and gifts. She was pretty much speechless and she was so touched by everyone's generosity. It meant so much to her....and I love that we were able to bring her a little happiness on such a tough day.
Sarah got a massage yesterday afternoon (and still has half the gift card left to use another day!) and she and Patrick went to Olive Garden last night so the gifts have already been put to good use :)
What an amazing group of women who love Sarah so much....I'm so blessed to be part of such a special community.
