Changes This Year?
There's lots of stuff coming up for this year. Shayla is going to graduate from high school, and is planning on going to college. Applications are due soon. She doesn't have a school that she really wants to go to, but is applying to probably 5 or 6. She really wants to live in the dorm where ever she goes so it'll be interesting having both girls living away from home. Haley will be a senior at Bennington College starting in September. I expect that we'll be moving sometime after Shayla graduates although I don't know where we'll be going. I just know that our current city is way too urban and I'd like to go somewhere with less crime. Not that it feels dangerous here, but it has definitely gone downhill over the years and now that we won't be tied to the school system, we can go somewhere (hopefully) better.
Right now we are experiencing a snow storm/blizzard, and it's been snowing all day. It's supposed to get really bad between 7 pm tonight and 7 am tomorrow and end sometime around noon tomorrow. I'm lucky that I'm off today, but I'm scheduled to work tomorrow at 8 am and I have no idea how that is going to work. :/
