Well, follow up to my earlier post about Ticketmaster.

I emailed them once, got an automated message saying they received my email, then got a second message saying that they're glad they helped me. That's all it said. There was no HELP in it.

I've called them 8 times. EIGHT TIMES!

I've faxed all the information TWICE!

Yet nothing seems to have been fixed. The last guy I spoke to seemed to think everything would be fine tomorrow night and that my new credit card wouldn't be rejected because it's connected to the same account despite being a different number.

I'm bringing all my info to the concert tomorrow night in case I get rejected at the door. I'm going to try not to worry about it since I've done everything I possibly can.

If I can't get in despite all my paperwork, I'm going to dispute the charge with my credit card company and get my money back that way. I've documented everything.

This is nuts.

EDIT: Ticketmaster just called! Everything is now fixed. I can't believe it! I'm so relieved. Do you think they saw this? LOL
