Just blabbing lol
Now that I cleared some stuff out of my mind, I just realized that I have not been to an anime convention for a long time! Part of it was money and a part of it was not getting days off to go. Anime Expo and Comic Con tend to be around either 4 of July weekend or some big holiday weekend and my place of work is not very friendly for giving days off on holidays. :( Anime Vegas tends to be on Labor Day weekend and if I want to I can get lucky and get those days off but I doubt that's going to happen this yr. I also want to volunteer and be involve with other managakas etc but we'll see what happens.
Besides that things have been somewhat ok. I took today and tomorrow off from work so I can relax before I start working 10 hr days, 6 days a week with 1 day off. My department is going through changes on their software since the one we're using is soo outdated so they need people to mandatory work OT. Not everyone is please cuz they have other stuff going on in their lives but since I barely have a social life and I need the money, I don't mind it at all.
Anyways has anyone seen Iron Man 2? I wasn't extremely impressed with the movie but it was alright. I probably need to see the first one before I make anymore judgments etc :)
