Sleep paralysis

Does anyone else experience sleep paralysis? It's kind of scary for me and it's been happening to me often within the past 12 months

I've never had that happen to me. And I did wake up all confused after punching the bedpost while I was punching out at someone in a dream. I have the "battle scar" to prove it.

And that is the ugliest thing ever. it looks like a just skinned dead animal! That's by Roberto Cavalli and it's worth $648, isn't it? LOL

Sleep paralysis sounds awful...I've never experianced it, but it sounds like it sucks as much as the super hardcore nightmares I get...Why can't we all just sleep in peace!?

Sleep paralysis is horrible. I usually try to force myself back to sleep so that I can wake up normally. It doesn't happen too often, but enough that it freaks me out everytime.

That's happened to me once. I woke up from some dream and I couldn't move any of my appendages, but I could move my eyes. It scared the heck out of me, but I'm not the kind of person to panic so I focused on my ceiling fan and I eventually came out of it. The weirdest part about it was the sinister laughing I could hear while I couldn't move.

You know, I did research on sleep paralysis and I've heard that some people experience hallucinations and stuff. Like they'll see a weird mist or hear laughter or strange languages...

That's creepy. I've never experienced that, thank goodness...as if being paralyzed weren't bad enough.
