Miss Lucy at 9 Weeks

Lucy turned 2 months old on the 4th. As I mentioned in my last post, she has been a lot happier since I got her taking an extra nap on the bed each day. She really is a very happy little lady. She loves opening her mouth wide as you can see in these pictures. She has been laughing all week, and her ‘talking’ has greatly increased.
Today I took her in the pool for the first time. I wanted to wait for when daddy was ready to go also, but the heat was pretty unbearable today. She absolutely loved being in the pool, I have a feeling I may be in the water more this Summer than in any year past.
Tomorrow is Lucy’s two month checkup. I am really looking forward to seeing how much she has grown. We measured her a few weeks back with a tape measure and she was up 3 inches from her birth length. I can’t wait to find out what she weighs!
