Am home from MiniMerlin!
Much fun and squee was had. This afternoon, we walked down to Jim's on South Street for the mandatory Philly cheese steak. Three miles there and back, so that totally invalidated the calories, right? RIGHT?!?
I got to meet a few new people, which was very cool. I love discovering how many things I have in common with people, other than fandom.
kerryblaze and I had a whole Catholic schoolgirl commiseration/bonding moment that I'm told was amusing to watch.
Sadly, I had to leave before tonight's festivities, but I have to say the train ride was pretty awesome. The train was on time and mostly empty and the girl in front of me was watching Doctor Who on her laptop while I watched the pilot of

But, I think the highlight was coming home and finding out that, last night, my son curled up in bed with my husband and wrote Wizard101 fanfic (it's an online mmorpg for kids, similar to WoW).
