My step-dad is doing much better. He was supposed to be moved from ICU to a regular room today. We're going to see him tomorrow and may stay overnight at a nearby hotel, so I won't be online much the next few days.

I haven't been sleeping well; my mind is racing at night. I took a short nap (very short) this afternoon, and I'll probably hit the hay early tonight.
