Odds and Ends
You know what? I'm having a pretty good day today.
I had to be in at work earlier than usual, but I only had a half day today, and was out of work by eleven. Since the weather was so great, Mom suggested we go to the beach for awhile, so we grabbed hoagies from Wawa, and sat at the beach, soaking up the late summer sun.
And when I got home, there was a lovely Surprise in the mail. My half of the custom pony swap arrived, and little Surprise is so adorable! She was my favorite character in the g1 cartoon, so I was really glad to get her. I can't find my camera, so I'll have to wait for the artist to post photos so I can show you guys how darling she is.
My day wasn't perfect. My laptop battery suddenly decided it doesn't want to hold a charge anymore. It works fine if it's plugged in. I guess I'll need a new battery eventually? Bleh.
But still! Adorable custom Surprise! Squee!
