Happy Independence Day!
My holiday weekend has been pretty lousy. It's not just work, either. My favorite cat, Noisy, died on Friday. I don't feel like talking about it too much. It hurts. I miss her.
Work has been really busy. We had really huge orders for our department all weekend. We sold quite a bit, but there was so much stuff that we couldn't rotate it properly and I know some things will go bad. And of course, the tourists were really rude.
Things are looking up though. Yesterday after work, Dad and I went up to Seaside Heights (yes, that Seaside Heights) and walked on the Boardwalk. We had a Frog Bog rematch, and then we went into the arcade. Dad was pretty generous, and gave me money to play. I won around 30,000 points, but I couldn't decide what to exchange them for. I was having a brain fart, and couldn't distinguish between 3,000 and 30,000, so I was looking at things worth 3,000 points and thinking, no, I don't quite have enough for that. I'm so bad at math. -___-;
Today has been pretty busy too, getting ready for the cookout tonight, so there won't be a page of The Reborn done. I'll hold off the announcement tilll next week.
