Out of Touch
Yes, it's that time of the week. Again. Time for me to rant about Project Runway.
Why oh why has Kenley not gone home yet??? She has a SERIOUS attitude problem. I can't believe that the judges have put up with it for this long. Not to mention that her outfit was waaay off base. Come on, the bitch lives in fucking Bushwick so I know she's seen chicks in hip hop gear. For crying out loud does she not look at the people she passes in the streets? Hello!!!
Tonight's decision to send Suede home makes me think this shit is rigged. Honestly I don't think any of the outfits really captured the essence of the musical genres. But Suede's was not the worst. Kenley's was. With Leanne as the runner up. Korto looked like she got that outfit at Party City. And Jerell's design looked like a hooker's get up. Sure many pop singers look trashy but the color palette was too subdued.
I won't even go into the "punk" outfit, I will spare you all. Be grateful.
The longer I watch this show the more I think the judges and designers are just out of touch. I've seen Michael Kor's stuff in Macys and it is CRAP. Fugly even. I can appreciate fashion even if it may not be my taste but this season's designers just plain suck.
