I LIIIIVE!!!
Hallelujah! The Summer has finally arrived for me! I've endured Spanish and the evil Science Exams and sent in my English report. Now I've got time to rebuild my family bonds...because they're all mad at me for neglecting them for the sake of education and resting in between. And I agree. But it's because I've been so focused on school and my fan fiction writing that the free time I have I spend asleep. And boy...do I sleep... Note to self: spend summer bonding with family over phone...no matter how much I may dread it...
Shin Megami Tensei: PersoNaruto!
Anyone get that joke? Anyone? *Listens to crickets* Well, with what Dark Naruto said about being Naruto's true self in one translation, I was reminded of Persona 4 where the main characters' inner selves would say THEY were the real (insert name here). Although I'm upset that there wasn't any Dark Sage Naruto... That would have been awesome... (Although I'm pissed that I kinda foresaw this, but not this way...)
In Need of Inspiration
Whenever I need inspiration for my writing, I look towards a lot of sources. Different kinds of fighting games help me come up with fighting styles for some characters. And I admit that for the bijuu we know little to nothing about, I'm groping in the dark for straws and resorting to monster-catching RPGS like Pokemon and Digimon to help me come up with techniques along with known facts about their animals. Today I got Super Street Fighter IV to help me come up with an idea for Sachibi and Hachibi (Sadly, they're the only ones I keep changing) Maybe when I need time to work out writer's block, I'll write some Street Fighter or Final Fight girls into Icha-Icha Academy (which has become my free-writing dump).
