Three-day Weekend, Two-day Terror
HALLEJUJAH, THE BRATS ARE GONE!!!
Over the course of my three-day weekend (which I love because I'm getting a much-needed break from school) my soon-to-be sister-in-law had to go to Puerto for the weekend, and since my brother works most of the day, they decided to send their two kids (both girls, one in headstart, one in Jr. High, I think) to stay at our house for the weekend. So, for two days, I had to deal with the girl who was almost always on my computer doing her things and downloading games onto my PC without my permission and a four-year old who could go from sweet and playful to mischievious to just plain monstrous! I barely got the chance to go on my PC and update anything... Oh well. At least they're gone.
EARTHQUAKE IN THE CARIBBEAN
There was a 6.1 scale earthquake in the Caribbean on Saturday morning and I was actually awake for it. Well, I was awake, but I was still in my bed. I was in bed, staring up at the ceiling and wondering if I should get up yet or go back to sleep when I felt the bed shaking a bit. I didn't notice for a while that I wasn't doing it, so I held onto the bars of my headrest and attempted to stop the shaking, thinking I was the cause of it. It stopped after a while and I dismissed it...until my brother called and said my future sister-in-law was crying about an eartquake. It wasn't that damaging, but she was scared. I'm pretty shocked, though, that there was an earthquake here. I'm kinda terrified of what could happen...
TOO MANY DAMN TESTS!!!
Why did I have to register for all my important tests/exams in October? I had my SATs last week Saturday...I've got my ACTs this week and my ASVAB the week after that... What's the point of those two tests, anyway? They're the exact same, aren't they? At least...that's what everyone keeps telling me. Not to mention...my school will be having midterms soon. It's like it's all happening so damn fast, I can't stand it!! My brain will implode upon itself from all the information I'll have to jam into my tiny brain after I'm done with all of that.
On the bright side, I now have a new MMORPH. I'm on LaTale now! ^__^ I'd prefer to be on Dream of Mirror Online, but something like that...I doubt I'd be able to play it. Why can't I be as lucky as CodeKyuubi and have a computer with highspeed internet connection...?! T__T
HAPPY BIRTHDAY, NARUTO!!!
And I'm talking about the character and the show. Yes, my fellow Naruto fans and Narutards of the world, it's been nine years--almost a decade since Naruto first came out. And ironically, I read it on the same day as Naruto's birthday! ^__^ The color chapter cover looks wonderful... It's currently serving as my beloved wallpaper on my PC. <3
Now, on the chapter itself, it was interesting... We got to see Sennin Naruto in color and we got to see Pein tear up Konoha! How sweet is that? Though I am still confused as to how Pain's Rinnegan works... And I still don't know the correct spelling of his name!!! Still...seeing the ending left me hoping that maybe we'd get to see Tsunade fight Pein before Naruto could get back. Which reminds me...how will they be able to summon Naruto back from Mt. Myobokuzan (sp?)?
