I fell in love with the prequel, Taking Some Time - it's actually the reason I made a livejournal account! - and this chapter has not only made my day (despite it only being 00:30) but it has also already surpassed TST as my favourite story on here!
I love the part where Dean's panicking, and Sam just presses their foreheads together and you can feel the brotherly love there! That exchange was lovely.
I also really like Katie and Riley as characters; you've done a really good job of setting them both up as distinctly different people (far too often all female OCs seem the same, but these two are so well established) and I think it'll be really interesting to see the development of the contrast between these two women and how their energies affect Dean.

I am beyond flattered. I'm so glad you like my story. As a huge fan of fanfiction I personally love when authors that I like post new stories or update chapters. There's one I'm reading right now that I am just waiting for the next chapter every second. So I share your excitement, and the fact you would say something like that about my writing makes me very happy :)

I didn't initially mean to set the two girls so far apart but it just seemed to turn out that way. Riley has taken on much more dimension than I initially planned for her and I actually really like her. I'm interested to see what happens as well :P
