01. What did you do in 2009 that you'd never done before?
Went to Asia
02. Did you keep your New Years’ resolutions, and will you make more for next year?
I did for the first part of the year, then lost them somehow. Will be making some for next year but haven't figured them out yet
03. Did anyone close to you give birth?
2 people from work, one had triplets and one just had one
04. Did anyone close to you die?
My grandad
05. What countries did you visit?
france, belgium (albeit exceedingly briefly), germany (slightly less briefly but still very briefly), poland (still quite briefly), russia, mongolia (in 2 day transit), china, japan, malaysia (on a technicality since we were only in the airport, but we were there for several hours)
06. What would you like to have in 2010 that you lacked in 2009?
a baby
07. What date from 2009 will remain etched upon your memory?
11.11.09 - 30th birthday
08. What was your biggest achievement of the year?
Getting the promotion at work i suppose, and within a 6 weeks of starting that managing to get the school reaccredited with gold healthy school status
09. What was your biggest failure?
upsetting chris
10. Did you suffer illness or injury?
I was still suffering a bit with the crazies that I had in 2008
11. What was the best thing you bought?
my button sided leggings, which are not hugely exciting, but I wear them all the time, I have no idea what I would wear if i hadn't bought them!

Nat at work
13. Whose behaviour made you appalled and depressed?

the holiday
15. What did you get really, really, really excited about?
arriving in china, i was literally jumping up and down!

Seth Lakeman (although technically i discovered him last year I only got into him this year)

Slumdog Millionaire, Up in 3d, drag me to hell, coraline

I was 30, and on my birthday I went to pizza express and then went to a seth lakeman gig. Then went to brighton for the weekend with my friends

Not having had the crazies at the beginning of the year

Hippy, earth girl, maybe a bit acid hippy or somehting

Chris, work, friends

seth maybe, he's a bit short though, daniel day lewis, maybe that was last year! I don't actually fancy him, but something about him makes me think I could

as always - climate change

i don't think I met anyone new this year, there was this guy Amrik who I met 2 days ago who was a helluva lot more interesting than most people

the best way to feel better is not to care about how you feel
