Dear Anna,
Don't ever decide to run 2 miles on the treadmill after a long absence from exercise. I know you decided to do this yesterday because you're going back to Seattle tomorrow and you wanted to be ready to climb up all those hills on your way to class, and you may even see the cute boy who lives in your building.. Plus, you felt guilty about eating that donut. However, your intense exercise led you to not be able to walk today without limping, leading your sister to call you a "cripple." Though you got a chance to sew today and do important activities that required you to sit down (like looking for scholarships online), the pain that insued from the definition you gave to your calves was decidedly not worth it. In the future, you should try lighter exercise, such as walking to the refrigerator.
Sincerely,
Anna
