God, I'm really airing my dirty linen today. But it's noticeable that when I start talking about medical disorders, I get hysterical. As I write this, Paul and I are looking up medical disorders in our dictionary. He's trying to pronounce 'cerebral haemorrhage'. And i can feel it all creeping up, on the verge of losing it in the staff room, in front of everyone. It wouldn't be the first time...
