Similar style as the Poker Club - all the lots on the Capp side will be in a similar theme.
It was only as I edited this shot that I realised it had no bathroom. So I quickly re-loaded and inserted a basic bathroom area! Some of the inside views will be in the pre-Bathroom look XD
