I got a giant nutcracker! And by giant, I mean like 2 ft tall. But still, quite a bit taller than my others. <333 And I got Beauty & the Beast, the DVD + Blu-Ray + bonus material version. And we had shit tons of awesome food. Like, way more than we ever needed to make. Better than not having enough, right? xD
So, I don't mean to be ungrateful, but an electric throw blanket is NOT a space heater. The reason I want a heater is because I like curling up in blankets IN BED, which I could do without the electric throw, not in my stupid chair. I want to be able to sit at my desk and not shake from cold so violently I can't type. Also, I'm sitting on top of this blanket right now. It's not made for this. >< I need a new cushiony chair. Then I'll just drape the blanket across the back of it, and that'd be cool. DESK CHAIRS ARE SO EXPENSIVE THOUGH. D: (Especially ones for fat people. But I hope I won't be so fat for too much longer.) I think this paragraph qualifies as #firstworldproblems
My sister was going to do all the stockings except for her own. Then her back started hurting for some reason and she went to bed early. Now I'm doing everyone's stocking except for mine. xD It's cool. I'm in charge of dividing up the candy. 8D (Mine will be carefully rationed so that I do not eat it all at once. Because healthier eating, it needs to happen.)
I made these peanut butter candy bar things that my mom used to make ages ago, and I haven't had in several years. They are amazing. 8D Cake bottom, marshmallow middle, covered by a mixture of corn syrup, butter, peanut butter chips, salted peanuts, and Rice Krispies. So yeah. Pretty damn tasty!
There's only one week left of my job. I am very sad, because while customers were stupid, I enjoyed the people I was working with. I have also enjoyed the paychecks. :D So now I'm trying to at least get an interview for a special ed parapro at Swainsboro Pre-K. Kat's old house is still up for rent. I like that house. And it's like 200 ft from the school. xD So in decent weather, that would save on gas money AND give me exercise. But you know, job comes before house. *crossing fingers... and toes, and arms, and legs, and eyes...*
