Yes, he's Sam's car from home. And he's yellow and black like a bumblebee, which is where he gets his name from, I think.

Yes, he speaks with music through his radio. It's a little complicated at times, but it's rather fun, too. I like it when he plays the ones that sound like rock and roll; they're exciting to listen to.
