Ugh, you guys. I think I will keep this short because I am siiick. I went to the doctors on Friday and got diagnosed with a lovely infection so now I'm on antibiotics (Cefaclor, fact fans) which I am apparently meant to take with both food and Inner Health Plus probiotic tablets because they can destroy the little good bacteria I have left, heh. Isn't it lovely. And of course, to exacerbate this it's turned to Siberia outside. Well, not literally, because you can't actually go outside in Siberia unless you wanted to die, but whatever, you get the point. I'm being colorful. Anyway so I'm currently having a Bon Jovi marathon in an attempt to recover. On that note, a favour: I don't know if any of you would be the type to buy this CD, but on the off chance you do I would love to have an upload of JBJ's "Keep The Faith" rework if I could, since I doubt it'll come out here, at least not for a while. (Yes, I mentioned this on my Twitter as well. I've kind of been over-twittering these last few days, if anyone wants to check it out).
Aww man, now "Always" just came on and my throat is kind of shot so I can't sing to it really loudly! WHAT FUN IS THAT, UNIVERSE. (The universe, not me...or maybe I am talking to myself, who knows. It's not like anyone's reading this thing! OR ARE THEY? I mean no offence. I'm sure Lily and David are always around. Cat? Rina? Noelle? STEPH? What the hell happened to Steph, she disappeared?! I know she moved to Deni but really?)
Also as a reminder to myself, next update I will have some ramblings about The Fast and The Furious, maybe even a picspam, before I see Fast and Furious. I am way more excited for that movie than I should be. Probably because I don't see the first movie as "bad", more like "horribly awesome", and I and the writers always said it needed a proper sequel, none of this 2 Fast 2 Furious/Tokyo Drift spin-off crap. I really do not care about Luke whatshisname and Tyrese and all them, I always wanted my Dom and Brian and Mia and to a lesser extent, Letty, back. So I'm excited that they are even if it took a career lull for all four of them to get it made.
K, in a bid to stop myself making this whole post Bon Jovi lyrics (TOMMY USED TO WORK ON THE DOO-OO-OOCKS...can I just say I still can't believe they chose "Prayer" for Guitar Hero World Tour when 90% of it is in the talkbox. Last time I checked, the Guitar Hero band set-up didn't have a talk box on the microphone!) some stuff that is vaguely interesting:
- MacGuyver - The Movie. LOL I would so see that. But realistically, Richard Dean Anderson is like in his 50's (60's?) now so it wouldn't be the same thing if he signed on, and even further away form the same if they did a Star Trek and cast an unknown. This reminds me of the Simpsons ep where there's a McGuyver convention and Patty and Selma kidnap RDA.
- news' April Fools! it inspired the lulz due to many people who actually fell for the idea of LJ turning into Twitter/Facebook. this thread had me laughing for like an hour.
- New Henry Ian Cusick pics!
- This is when I wish Steph was around - say hello to Ted's next girlfriend on HIMYM. She's not the mother but her appearance will lead to some more mother-clues. But at least she actually looks like she could have spawned Ted's offspring! That's a start, right?
K I'll lickety-split away now. Anyone know who's below the yellow line on (Australian) Biggest Loser? I hope it's not Andrew. I lost considerable interest in that show when that sexy beat Nathan got sent to a tropical island with a slavedriver to lose a hundred grams. That was lame.
