update of sorts.
Hello dudes. Just informing you all that I'm home safe after our night in the city/starting a new post as Steph and I filled the comments of the last one. It was v. fun. It was held at the director's suite/gold class area of Hoyts at Melboourne Central - after our names got ticked off we chilled in the foyer for awhile while waiters ran around with free champagne, mineral water (for the non-drinkers) and food (fancy bread, dip and olives as well as little cheese platters). Then we got to sit in fancy reclining chairs in the cinema and go thorugh our gift bags before the movie, containing an issue of Harper's Bazaar, a Moxie panty liner pack, a Crabtree & Evelyn handcream sample, a Volkswagon keyring and a sample of Chloé's new perfume as well as a block of Toblerone which we ate during the movie. In fact the only thing we paid for were some sodas during the movie. Oh and also there was a photographer around who made Mum and I pose. I would have looked better had they not made me hunch awkwardly like that LOL. Or had the place been better lit!
Oh, also, I seem to be having a lot of luck with free things lately. I just opened the mail to find a double pass to Make It Happen cause I won one of Village Cinema's contests, as well as my host pack from Girls Night In which had a couple of free things in it. Plus Mum and I are going to that free shoe thing next week. Yay!
In other news, it's blowing a freaking gale outside although it is sunny and I am busy trying to win baby-Sitters Club books on eBay. So y'all go and reply to this meme and I will be back tomorrow-ish. I got this DVD in a magazine with the pilots of Studio 60 and Chuck and I have cracktastic play-by-plays of both. In the meantime:
