last official cig. at like 2am on 1-1-09 (before bed) one wellbutrin no patch
cigs on 1-1-09 : took a few puffs off of three butts. no full cigs. two wellbutrins and patch and chewed a piece of nicotine gum
cigs on 1-2-09: took a puff off of three butts, had one full cigs. wellbutrin*2 and patch
1-3-09 three puffs felt sick.
1-4-09 no smoking at all. i *heart* the patch. went hiking and didnt get winded at all.
1-5-09 two puffs; felt stupid
