(no subject)
This week has just flown by. It has been so nice to just relax and explore the city a bit more. We have been spending our days wandering around Lausanne, finding new favorite places. A few days of cold, violent rain deterred some exploring, but today is beautiful. We have finally met more people in our building who will actually be staying here for more than a month. Mostly Turkish and Spanish...
Most of my other friends have gone home to their respective European countries, but that's alright because we are going to visit them!! Also they are coming back in a week or so. Next weekend I am going to Zurich with Myriam, but this weekend (leaving tomorrow!) I'm going to Bonn, Germany, via Basel, CH. We can go for free all the way to Basel, then it's less than an hour.
Next week, Olivier (my help person of sorts over here) and I will get my schedule straightened out, and hopefully all will be right. I want to just get it over with so I don't have to worry anymore.
I can't think of anything else to write. Maybe I will later.
