i'm too tired to type all that i've been doing lately. it's been alot.
it's cold here now, well cold to me. and it rains.
i think the highs have been about 17 degrees celsius, not sure what that converts to.
so, instead of typing alot, here are some pictures.
this is at the olympic museum (lausanne is the world headquarters for the olympic committee.) hence, the museum.
this was this big round white bed with tvs above it (that's what we're watching) with old olympic footage and stuff.

this is my friend pero and i, one day when we ate lunch at a chinese restaurant.
he's from macedonia.
a couple of my friends here are into equestrian stuff, so we walked to some stables north of lausanne. hiked, really, since it was through the woods. that was last sunday...a very fun day. hiking and other outdoorsy things are very popular here, especially on the weekends. we saw alot of people out with their dogs. the stable was interesting. i might take lessons because it's inexpensive through the university. we'll see.

we went to this famous Swiss ice cream place called Movenpick. it was the best ice cream i've ever had in my life. on the left is my friend Cora, from Germany. she's helping me learn German, one word at a time.
