snow in Mid-April .......and other ramblings
April 12.. 6-8" of snow expected..... what the heck is up with that ??? I should be seeing crocus' and daffodils, not wet, cold, white stuff in my yard. I keep getting glimpses of the nasty leaves that I didn't rake up in the fall and that will cost me close to 100 dollars to get cleaned up this spring, and then we get another snow storm. So who knows when I'll have to pay out that money. It's money I certainly do not have, and I'm going to see if I can get a few people to come and help me to do some yard clean up. Last Fall when the leaves were down I had a few broken ribs and my back was giving me the problems so I was unable to do it then, now it is the knee and the back. We shall see whether I get friends to do it or I pay someone to do it.
I am supposed to go to a NELA event this weekend on Japanese Rope Bondage. I am very interested in going, however I would like to come straight home after that. I would like a weekend basically at home. I'm actually tired of running around all the time. Going out is alot of fun, and I do enjoy myself while I am out, but for some reason I would enjoy a weekend home, perhaps next weekend? The whole weekend?
It will be a good chance for me to break in my ropes a bit this weekend :)
Oh well, enough rambling for now.... probably more later.... when I come back to bitch about the snow !
