I have done well with eating for the past 3 days, I'm proud of myself, and I have a healthy breakfast and lunch ready to go for tomorrow. Planning things out the night before really does help me quite a bit, so I am going to try to stick to that.

I was planning on going to the gym today but didn't make it. I had to finish up a portfolio for writing and I figured that was probably more important. I need to stop finding excuses though.

I am going to start using a ticker to track my progress. A visual reminder is always nice. :)
