an aritcle about travel zines. I want to read some!
I think I'm having lj withdrawals. It's like there are limits to what you can write in a travel blog. Somtimes it's not even about travel anymore. But if I Just wrote about travel it would bore me shitless. Who wants to read just about someone's holiday? No-one. I just want to write about everything and make it personal and not just 'today i saw this and yesterday i saw that. it was fun.' But I hate censorship especially when it's self-imposed. THere are somet things i want to write about and just can't because i don't know who's reading it. how boring. I'm thinking of doing a travel zine and then I can make it anonymous. I just have this huge urge to write stuff lately, then I have to keep stopping myself because there's no point because it's just self-indulgent anyway. But that's what personal zines (and this) are and sometimes they can be interesting or inspiring or sometimes total and utter crap. Somtimes it's good, sometimes you think 'just go away and die'. Maybe I'm just looking for a way to connect with people or just am dying to be creative! I don't know. Je ne sais pas. It's freaking cold here!
