Canada here I come!
I am counting the days! I have a month left in sunny Melbourne before I get to Winterland - that is Canada! Itinerary: Hawaii, Vancouver, short West coast trip of USA (SLEATER-KINNEY play San Francisco!!!) Alaska, Yukon, BC, Toronto and Montreal, Nova Scotia then I set up housie in one of the major cities, prob Toronto. I have a half job offer with my current work lined up, wooh hoo! I am gonna be going majorly on a budget despite my three-year savings plan. Just found out about SK in SF last nite, it's their last show before they go to Europe and since I'm not going anywhere near Europe it's probably the only show they'll do in the Americana area, not that i'm psychic or anything. Wanted to see Ember Swift play too but she's doing all these shows in weirdo places i've never heard of in America and in Montreal when I'll be in Vancouver, then in Vancouver when i'll be in Toronto. Anyway enuff ranting! I am hoping to meet some cute girls on the road too. and hopefully not too many bears. learn french. play drums at some point. play guitar at some point. stay with some relatives i never met, one in NYC and one in Vancouver. get a sex change. not.
